No Return / Final Sale Policy
At Ram Nath and Sons, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all our business transactions.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Statement
All goods sold by Ram Nath and Sons are final.
Once the products are sold and delivered, they will not be taken back, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Customers are requested to verify product specifications, quantities, and condition before confirming their purchase.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all products sold by Ram Nath And Sons.
3. Payment Terms & Interest Charges
Payments must be made within the stipulated time period agreed upon at the time of purchase or mentioned on the invoice.
- In case of delayed payment, interest at the rate of 18% per annum will be charged.
- Interest will be calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.
- Ram Nath and Sons reserves the right to withhold future supplies in case of persistent payment delays.
4. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with any transaction with Ram Nath and Sons shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, irrespective of the place of order, delivery, or payment.
5. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order or purchasing goods from Ram Nath and Sons, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Sales & Payment Policy.
6. Exceptions (If Any)
Exceptions are made only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
- For Defective/ Wrong Items: Contact Customer Service at 8800826169 within 2 days of Tax Invoice. A replacement may be offered at our discretion.
